Caravan Wheels and Tyres

Remove, clean, inspect and repack wheel bearings.
Inspect rims for dents and structural damage.
Check tread wear and structural damage.
Check tyre pressures.
Tighten wheel nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
Rotate tyres.

Wheel balance

Caravan Electric Brakes

Inspect and de-dust linings.
Inspect magnets for wear/damage and check operation.
Inspect hubs for wear.
Adjust brakes.
Check and adjust handbrake.

Check breakaway battery condition

Caravan Hydraulic Brakes

Inspect and de-dust linings/pads.
Check wheel cylinders/calipers for leaks.
Inspect all brake pipes and hoses.
Check M/cylinder for leaks.
Check operation of coupling and hand brake.
Bleed and adjust brakes.

Caravan Chassis Service

Check coupling and inspect bolts.
Inspect springs for cracking/damage.

Tighten door and window screws.
